I was given my first camera at an early age by my father who loved photography. I have had a camera in my hand since. Going from film cameras to digital cameras has been a big learning curve.
I am a member of the newly formed Clutha Camera Club, as well as the Dunedin Photography Society and Photographic Society of New Zealand. These organisations have greatly helped me develop both my skills and my style of photography.
Sport photography is my love. Capturing action in 4 wheel driving, mud plugs, surf life saving, rodeo, motor cross and many more action situations is my passion. I’m still eager to learn new forms of photography, though. The Dunedin Photography Society Affinity Focus group has greatly encouraged me to experiment and diversify my creativity.
